WINEMAKING
The grapes used to make this wine were picked at the peak of ripeness, then fermented using punch-downs and pump-overs to achieve the optimum balance of f lavor, aroma, and structure. Following fermentation, the wine underwent aging in 100% French oak to further enhance the sweetness and structure. Finally, “spinning cone” technology was used to reduce the level of alcohol without affecting the wine’s aroma. The result is a well-balanced, richly f lavored, and deliciously complex wine that’s lower in alcohol.*
